It was great talking with Todd. I couldn’t think of a better first guest for what we’re trying to do here with The Paleo Garden. Unfortunately, the recording came out really bad. I was just learning how to do podcasting, and my equipment was woefully inadequate. I have marked on my calendar to use this as a great excuse to ask Todd to join us again in a year. The good news is that I learned from my mistakes, and the next interview will sound one thousand percent better.
